I’m a professional with a strong background in logistics, customer service, and commercial operations, with years of experience leading processes that demand precision, reliability, and a deep commitment to delivering results. This foundation has shaped who I am today: someone who is detail-oriented, accountable, and truly passionate about client satisfaction.
Recently, I made the decision to acquire Neighborhood Concierge with a clear purpose — to serve the Orlando community with a higher standard of professionalism, trust, and consistency. My goal is simple: to give our clients peace of mind, so they can focus their time on growing their businesses and enjoying what matters most in their lives.
At Neighborhood Concierge, we believe that great service is built on strong relationships and a genuine sense of responsibility.
